Apple’s Time Capsule Power Failure
Problem: Users are experiencing very early failures between 6-18 months after purchase because the Time Capsule does not properly address heat concerns thus the capacitors of the power supply fail. This is diagnosed by the Time Capsule’s green/yellow LED on the front panel not lighting when plugged into power. Searching the internet reveals numerous accounts of this issue.

Goal: Hopefully Steve Jobs and crew will read this and react with a product recall or some class action lawyer will pick this up and find a more rewarding solution for those that have been pained with this poor design. The goal is consumer justice for those that laid out several hundred dollars with the promise of a device meant to backup data - which clearly has failed many.
